We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use MetriclyHub on your Apple devices. This license is for the sole purpose of analyzing your own TikTok account performance.
2. No Backend Service Guarantee
You acknowledge that MetriclyHub does not provide a cloud-based service. All functionality is performed locally. We are not responsible for any data loss if you delete the App or lose access to your device.
3. Third-Party Dependency
MetriclyHub's functionality depends entirely on the availability of the TikTok Open API. We are not liable for any service interruptions, changes in data availability, or account restrictions caused by TikTok Inc.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS OF MetriclyHub SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
